Hawthorne Collections Results

I received the following email from Hawthorne as a result from their management report.

Angelica,  

If my calculations are correct, we are showing only 2.5% recovery YTD.  This is far less than I expected.   It was communicated with me that we would see a large increase in collections after “tax season” and it appears that this did not occur.  Would you be available next week to discuss results as well as a plan of action to drive these numbers up?

The plan is to set up something for Wednesday or Thursday of next week. We will run a full review on these accounts to have some data to provide.
Average balance, quality of information, age of accounts all by property. Plus any other information that will buy us time.
